Refund policy

At KF Gadgets, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.


💳 Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
